Poly3 food grade gelcoat is a product specifically formulated to allow fiberglass processors to create manufacts that, if treated correctly, are suitable for contact with food, beverages and preserves. Thanks to its particular chemical-physical characteristics, it guarantees high resistance, an excellent surface finish and, above all, total safety for use in the food sector.
Formulated for the production of fiberglass products intended for the storage and conservation of food, it offers:
- smooth and easily sanitized surface
- resistance to acidic, sugary or saline substances
- excellent durability even in humid environments or at variable temperatures
Our gelcoat complies with current regulations on food safety and has obtained certification from Accredia, the Italian Accreditation Body, through the International Merieux Institute, recognized at European level for its high level of expertise in the testing and validation of materials in contact with food, thus offering the end customer a guarantee of quality, reliability and regulatory compliance.
